The stage of the process does not change when the mail status changes

In the application, the new mail, the status of the current and the status in progress are different, so, most likely, the stage does not switch to the desired one. What could be the reason?
This problem is not for all orders, but only for some of them. In the order settings, the statuses are correct, some are processed, some are not. I tried to add a (ready-made) TTN and switch the first status myself, I tried to have the system switch itself - there is no difference, and so, and so the error happens.
They answered that they should remove the sending of SMS, but the situation is that in the stages where there is an auto-sending of SMS, the stages change.
1. Parcel sent (sms out)
2. The package has been delivered (the status changes from sent to delivered and the SMS goes out too)
And then with "Delivered" the status does not change.

At you at a stage delivered by the first action costs action "Close". The close action closes the order. Closed orders are not tracked.

Again, said order https://farys.crm-onebox.com/511/ is CLOSED. He passed through the stage where the action was CLOSE and, accordingly, such orders should not be tracked. Try creating a new test order and check the tracking on it. Thanks
