OS : Action setting not revealed

Hello!
The pureperfume.1b.app box is not expanded for the automatic hourly action settings:
Import products from opencart, upload to opencart and import categories and opencart
Actions are not duplicated.
A new action is added, configured, saved, and when you try to open it again, nothing happens.
I don't see this on other boxes.
Can you suggest what could be the issue?

When you open the action settings, the box tries to connect to the base. You have not correctly registered access to the database or remote access to it from the box server is closed.

I repeat, this problem occurs due to the fact that there is no access to the opencart database, you expand the action and it tries to connect to the database (at this moment some lists from the site should be imported), and since this does not work, the action just hangs . Check database access. Basically the problem is that remote access is not allowed. I will not be able to describe all the nuances to you here, contact the site programmers with such a request or the site hoster.
