Shopify leftovers

At the moment https://mariemur.crm-onebox.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=shopify.log there is no balance identifier in the results for this SKU. Maybe when they don’t have this product in Shopify, they don’t give away the ID either? You can find out from their technical support - there was already such a topic before, they didn’t answer anything intelligible to us?

[/quote] I wrote them in those. support, they replied that they do not advise on the API, referring to the fact that everything you need is described in the documentation with examples of how it works. Generally a dead end) Can you figure it out and solve this problem on your own? If yes, what is needed for this? Because I don't see any other options.

[/quote] How can I deal with the problem when a third-party API does not give me a warehouse ID for a product? If it was given out and on the OneBox side it no longer worked, I could do something. I need someone who understands this API - for what reason it does not return an identifier for this product and what to do next with it
