Connecting Liqpay for the online form

Good day.
There is an online form - https://bit.ly/3Wmb1x6 which the client fills out, at the end of the form the client chooses the type of payment he wants:
1. Cashless for legal entities (business process configured)
When choosing this option, a request is dropped in CRM, after which the manager issues an invoice and then the procedure according to the business process.
You need to implement the second payment option:
2. Pay now:
- the client is redirected to online payment through the LiqPay service (it is also necessary to take into account that the form may contain a different amount);
- after a successful payment, the application falls into the CRM in a different color of the business process for a quick understanding that the payment is made through the LiqPay service.

as far as I understand the requirements - the fact of filling out the questionnaire is the reason for payment.
You can also set up an automatic transition to the next stage of the process (after filling out the questionnaire), where you generate a LiqPay link and send a letter to the mail from the questionnaire.

Yes, filling out the form is a fact for payment, but you need to add "Quantity" to the form and the amount changes accordingly.
I looked at the option with the link and I don't like it (clients are not always near the post office, we send SMS and SMS for SMS, they are often missed), it should be implemented as in the online store.
If you also do it through links, the services are paid at the wrong time, and as a result, the calendar is clogged with "suspended" processes due to non-payment and needs to be cleaned and checked manually.

it is not convenient for the client to go to the post office - send it where it is convenient for him (messengers, duplicate in SMS).
If it is convenient for the client to fill out the form, then after the first form, immediately send the second one, where you will have the generated link.

Option 1 is what we do for Legal clients, but without a form it's just an invoice. We know from experience that they miss out, then hang up the phone and take up time, this is not effective, but nothing else has been invented for lawyers.
2. option through links.
If I understood correctly with the links, the procedure is as follows:
- the client fills out the form and clicks send;
- a link is sent to the mail or any service with payment and after that pays.
Accordingly, the question is, will the system automatically link the fact of payment to a specific application, and will the system understand what amount needs to be entered for payment?

We have analyzed the proposal, this decision brings additional complications for the client, which in turn adds to the burden on the consultation time with the manager and leads to non-rational use of resources.
Only 2 options are acceptable:
1. An ideal solution.
The client fills in the form, clicks the submit application button (screenshot 1.png), after which the LiqPay payment window opens and the form is simultaneously sent to the SRM.
2. Acceptable solution through API LiqPay payment bot.
1. The client completes the application in the form.
2. Transmitted via API - amount, phone number, payment destination and the client receives an invoice in Privat24 / Viber / Telegram, if there is registration.
If there is no registration - link to mail and SMS.

if not - I give hints:
1) you started the description with the fact that there is an online form - https://bit.ly/3Wmb1x6 which the client fills out, at the end of the form the client chooses what type of payment he wants. From a development point of view, this means that the client has not yet been identified by the system, so no personal results can be transferred to him. We receive them after filling out the form
2) you also need to fill out the form for the first time and only after that do the necessary calculations and send the result to a contact we already know. Here it is possible only to channels via email/phone/messengers/office
