All this can be done with standard tools.
Just in the list of projects, you can see the current status of the project, who is responsible, filter projects by open / closed and by client.
Control can be done through manager notifications. For example, if the task has been in one status for a long time, then notify the manager or check communication with the client; if it has not been for a long time, then also notify the manager.
You can also connect the bonus system, if the employee does everything quickly and efficiently, then accrue N the number of bonuses, and if there are errors somewhere, then write off.

1. It will be necessary to download the client database, for this the client must provide an electronic file (xml, exel) that meets the requirements of the OneBOx system + we recommend that you segment clients by groups, and also configure the interface for client groups to implement this.

2. Set up the BP Project and its funnel so that it is clear at what stage the project is. from 5-12h senior integrator
3. Set up the Financial block to make it clear how much the client owes for the work. From 6-8 hours senior integrator.
4. Download the database of services and set prices for services. from 2-4 h senior integrator.
