Now, when a manager replies to a client from a process, his reply is visible only in the process. It does not get into the dialogue with the client in the "Chat" application. This is inconvenient, because if, for example, the process is postponed for a couple of months, then the entire correspondence with the client is not visible in the "Chat" application.

#OneBox production - I suggest considering this as a modification of OneBOX OS, which would be convenient for all customers
