The bug in the center has been notified

Some kind of bug is notified in the center: 150+ new notifications are displayed, while clicking on the "bell" does not open anything and the box freezes completely for 1-3 minutes.
Likewise, if you open the notification center app itself, it is empty
The problem is with only one user: https://smartgroup.crm-onebox.com/app/contact/4/ - if you log in from the second, everything works fine.
Tried:
In the context menu:
- Clear all notifications (without result);
- Mark all notifications as read (without result);
Automatic actions once a minute:
- Action "Clear Center Notified to selected users" - partially worked. 500+ were notified before him, the action cleared the notification up to 150 and further cannot clear them.
Please help to solve the problem.
