1. The action looks at who has a birthday on the launch day. See the action among users who have a tick "employee"
2. If an employee with a birthday is found in the first paragraph, the action sends an email to all other employees with a notification that the user has xxx birthday.
The action may not send a letter if its body is not specified in the settings or the reverse-email system setting is not filled in or there are no employees with email and the Subscribed to mailing list checkbox.
