Previously, when hovering over the application, pressing install to phone, scanner, link - the button to add the application to the smartphone appeared, but now it just loads in the browser and the button to install the application to the smartphone does not appear. Then you need to try to clear the cache/cookies in your browser and update it to the latest version - the difficulty may be in the phone/browser/firmware/installed adb locker, etc. - there may be many options.
