Location of the product description in the document

Client box https://psauto.crm-onebox.com/admin/
There is a document template https://psauto.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/document/templates/20/control/ https://prnt.sc/wcx967
Here is how it looks in order https://psauto.crm-onebox.com/admin/document/262/control/
It is necessary that the product description https://prnt.sc/wcxa1x
Looked like this https://prnt.sc/wcxdh3
I also ask you to pay attention that the client makes documents through the source code, so you can tell how to do this through the code https://prnt.sc/wcxed1
Or evaluate the refinement regarding the separation of the product description variable

Make a large colspan cell with the number of cells in the table header in the table where the columns with description, price, etc. go. Then, inside it, make 2 divs in the first one, we display the description, in the second we already insert a few more divs into which we display all the other fields, and for these divs, you need to set a fixed width so that they are like cells in the table header
something like this ->

The question is:
there is a table that is filled with variables, but this happens
not at all as expected. The first screenshot shows that I am clearly
I specify 2 lines with tr tags (and it doesn’t matter if we do it as advised or as
or otherwise) that contain variables. When the table is full
and we check on 1 line (we select an order with 1 position), then everything works out
beautiful and correct, however, when 2 or more lines appear, something happens
as shown in screenshots 2 and 4. The question of logic, but is it really
so how should it work? And how can we do exactly what we want, if it is
of course it's even possible?

Variables starting with {row: must be used inside one common tr - then there will be no duplicates
Try to make layout inside one line <tr>

Thanks for the answer! It doesn’t work this way anyway to achieve the desired result (How much will it cost to refine what would be done according to the template that Vladislav Kraskovsky indicated in the TOR? A live photo of what the desired result looks like here: https://prnt.sc/zv6iqc
