i tried uploading this demo file https://file-examples-com.github.io/uploads/2017/04/file_example_MP4_640_3MG.mp4 - it opens fine in knowledge base

I downloaded the file and added it to the KB. Same result.
Tsіkavo, that at the stage of adding the file everything works fine. And after pressing the "return to the list of files" button, it doesn't work normally anymore.
