Hello! Apparently, there is some kind of system problem. I was subscribed to this question and immediately after your message about the correction, I checked, and everything worked for us. Last night it stopped working again. And I wrote to you. Now everything is fine again. Previously, it was the same - the category tree did not open periodically.

Dmitry, since yesterday there was a problem with the Universal Process Block, it does not turn around. The problem is only at the stages where there is a Search for Products, therefore I associate it with this bug.
