In BP https://crm.infosaver.ru/admin/shop/workflowstatus/137/action/new/ the action "Create a subtask depending on the value of the process date" is configured, which means that 330 days after the task is closed, a new one should be created. Until July 202, tasks were created, now they have stopped.

In your case, the "Process Closing Date" field is an additional process field with the data_zakritia_process key, which you named the same as the standard one. This field has no value in the selected order, so the task should not be created.
