OS: Import processes

Answers:

Unfortunately, what you said is not true - both in the OS and in MVP, the process import functionality (the same) does not have the ability to import by process product columns.
Your screenshot is from another functionality that does not match the "Import Processes" application.

Can you, then, show in the OS how the "Process Engagement" menu appears in MVP ( https://monosnap.com/file/5zj6s9OzJkCnG5kBWf5x7n4aij9o03 )?

The OS only has a process import application that does not have a process product column.

Evaluate the "Import of processes" box:
Add the ability to block "Import processes" to create processes with products.
(specify columns with product identifier (name, id...) according to how products are added to the process (product list in one new process))

It's not that simple. In the "Import processes" application, the calculation is that 1 line from a file without an ID creates a new process.
And if you add the import of process products in this case, you need to further refine the possibility of importing several lines with products within 1 process (when you have 2 lines in the file regarding different products and one process). With this calculation, the implementation of the functionality will take about 4 hours.

Mushu, specify what is correct, I will understand, given the opportunity to allow the file type https://gyazo.com/91b66a6eff748ef11f55ea8df710eb4e to create 2 processes, in the first there will be goods 1-4 in the other 1 and 2?

without finishing, you can do as follows:
1) create process fields - duplicate the name of additional process product fields
2) create a procedure, when you click you create the following actions https://i.imgur.com/mKlqz5Q.png
depending on which product you use (fictitious or one that you already have in the database):
- or configure the addition of a dummy product https://i.imgur.com/KoVK3a8.png and the action Copy process product fields to copy the name of your product from an additional field https://i.imgur.com/8uZUnRV.png
- or configure the search on the existing https://i.imgur.com/CMpFz5q.png and add and configure the required number of actions "Write the value into the additional field of the process product based on the formula" https://i.imgur.com/BEPvEUC. png in which you indicate which process product field should refer to the customorder process field from the first stage https://i.imgur.com/DF0obpK.png
3) in order to monitor new import processes, I made the step https://i.imgur.com/BttrC20.png Import the database, on which I also installed the procedure from step 2. At the same time, all import processes are created for me at this stage
If the answer helped - mark it as correct!
