Filter on multiple fields not working

Here is a test contact https://box.ltec.com.ua/app/contact/13965/?tabid=5
The fields are filled in it: Type of equipment, brand, model
In the filtering panel, "Search by several additional fields" is configured for these 3 fields.
But the filter does not work for any of the field types.
Please fix it.

And you can do what if I use several filters, then it looks for a contact in which the fields are filled in just like that.
Ato works only 1 of 4 filters. Found contacts in which the combine is filled and that's it.
