It is necessary to clarify whether there are any restrictions on the part of CRM for obtaining data.
And additionally, if CRM requests are being logged, you need information from the logs, what happens at the time of trying to get data from CRM during authorization in Roistat.

I can offer you an improvement in this integration of logging requests and errors - it will take 1 hour (in the form of integration settings).

I am more than sure that:
1. either your integration was initially set up incorrectly
2. either after the transfer you did not tell Roistat to change the address where to send requests - because of which the integration stopped working
I added logs one time - I'm waiting for a request from Roistat.
PS: the specialist who changes the domain name is not responsible for the performance of external integrations. If you have them configured by domain name, your task is to change addresses in external services in advance. After all, Roistat sends requests to the right place, and we don’t take anything from them via the API.

No, I will not provide it - because there is no logging in the integration. Especially when it is not configured at all, as I said earlier.
