Today I found that the letter did not enter the box
Here is the filter https://baza.cn.ua/admin/shop/report/event/?evtype=&direction=&sourceid=... =&content=&durationfrom=&durationto=&line=&filtercontactid%5B%5D=&page=&mailbox=
Then I found this letter in the mail in spam
Moved from spam to inbox
But the letter still didn't get into the box
Previously, there were similar situations and similar letters were parsed, but for some reason it didn’t hit
I would like to understand why
Here are the mail settings https://baza.cn.ua/admin/shop/integrations/imap-1/control/
There "Parsity Leaves Repair" is empty
Perhaps you need to check the boxes "Do not check the date of the rest of the sheet when parsing the mail" or "Do not check th

Perhaps you need to check the boxes "Do not check the date of the rest of the sheet when parsing the mail" or "Do not check the UID of the rest of the sheet when parsing the mail"

Letter UIDs are built depending on the sequence inside the mailbox directory.
That is, being in SPAM - a letter can have an identifier of 30, and when moving to Inbox - 20 or 300, depending on the number of letters in the directory.
By default, letters are parsed for the last day of parsing (let's take the current one), skipping previously passed UIDs. If the mailbox has not been parsed, the entire mailbox will be parsed or from the date specified in the "Parse mails starting from" setting.
If you specify the setting "Ignore the date of the last letter when parsing mail" - absolutely all letters from the mailbox will be parsed. And if you also specify "Do not take into account the UID of the last letter when parsing mail" - then the previously passed UIDs will be re-parsed with a check for the presence in events.
Alternatively, using the above settings, you can reparse the mailbox.

2. Some slow parsing process was also noticed
Here is an example of a task https://baza.cn.ua/admin/customorder/issue/47485/edit/
The task started after 30 minutes, although it shows that it started after 13 minutes
Why could this be?

This is a matter of individual case. You can independently check the speed of work (after all, creating a task on a minute cron is an action) - what can slow down the cron, etc.
Unfortunately, I can't look into someone else's past to tell what happened there.
