On your project, for example, switching actions to stages receive about 50-60 errors every day.

The error says that in some of the BP you did not create or deleted the starting stage. View the actions at the stage you are moving to - see what they do, what processes create / where the order jumps. Then the same way. stage and so on. In the end, along the chain, you will see an action that creates a new BP / switches to a BP that does not have a start stage. The same error as you most likely sees switching from new mail.
