Most likely, at first you specified incorrect IMAP connection parameters, and your mail server banned you (Too many login failures).
Even if you now specify the correct settings, most likely the error will be issued again - Too many login failures
1. check that the connection parameters are correct
2. then stop mail integration for 1-2 hours and turn it back on
3. if it does not help, then contact your system administrator to tell him what is wrong with the connection on your side and why you are "banned".
