you give a screen in which you show the status of the parcel in the socket
and ask why it doesn’t work the same on the prom - I answered you the reason (the fact that the prom API does not allow this)

Those that are created in the system - for those the history of creation and tracking is added, therefore they are monitored by crons and write a comment automatically.

when we create a TTN within our system, we record the start status history and add a package tracking procedure
when we import an already created TTN on another resource, then this history does not exist and therefore is not tracked
