1. You need to add a setting to NOT display internal calls
2. You also need to add the column Outgoing, failed
All Outgoing calls that did not take place, that is, with the NOANSWER status, should be displayed in it
3. Add column Total call duration
It may be worth adding a setting in which you can choose which columns to display in the dashboard
