Do not create a form if the URL parameters contain an order id

Here is a form https://timelearn.1b.app/form/2939/8/ here are its settings https://timelearn.1b.app/app/forms/11/edit/
in her parameters 2939 is the task number.
If you fill out the form, then instead of attaching the form to the task, it creates a new one.
Although logically, a new task should be created only if the url is like this https://timelearn.1b.app/form/0/11/
PS In the settings, you can make sure that the task is not created, but it should be possible to both create a task if the url of the form is 0 and attach to the task if the URL contains the task number.
Looks more like a bug, but if not, how many hours does it take to implement?

Answers:

There is a setting "Search for processes to add the results of filling out the form", you need to select bp there and in the "Statuses to search" statuses if necessary. Then it will look for an order (if there is a client, i.e. they entered a phone number and found it, or it is simply authorized and fills out the form) and create a new one if not found

Doesn't quite fit. It is necessary to clearly attach the task by ID if it is in the URL. If there is no ID, that is, 0 in the URL, the logic remains as it is now.

If you do not need to search for a client / process, but simply attach the completed form to the process if the link contains the task number, but if the number = 0 then run through all the current logic, then you can add a setting, it will cost 2 hours
