Loading empty categories from vendors

When the automatic action "Universal Products Import (xml/json)" is triggered, empty product categories https://prnt.sc/10c2bvm are constantly loaded (an example of a category at the link https://supero.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/products /list-table/mode/?searchLine=&categoryid=1478) (which we previously removed from CRM) from the provider, which clutters the system and does not allow the content manager to work productively.

You can try to remove the category tag names from the action settings - then the categories will not import at all
And according to the settings for products by category - it will be searched either by external ID or by name.

2. How to make sure that all new products from the supplier fall into the existing folder, conditionally "New Products"?

select the "Default category" setting in the action - but the product will be added there if the system does not have its category according to the file
