Good afternoon, as far as I can see, everything is not quite as you describe.
Initially, the correct number was entered in the clientphone field (process client phone), but then some of the users edited the process client phone number through one of the process blocks and, accordingly, TTN began to be created for it.
Here I see several solutions to the problem:
1. You find out through which block, how and why the phone was changed. Perhaps the contact was merged with another or something else, tell us - we will fix if there is any mistake. From what I see, not only the phone number was changed, but also the name of the client, i.e. maybe they chose a different user altogether
2. We make a setting in the action of creating a TTN so that the number to which to create is taken from the additional field, when you create the process, you copy the original number in the additional field. When creating a TTN, we take the number from there, this is 1h.

When adding a number in the contact card, as far as I remember, it is not replaced in orders. I showed above that the changes occurred exactly at the moment when the user did something on the page, i.e. if prom did it, then in the history of order changes you would see that prom did it. In this case, it is clear that the number has changed when the client or something else was changed in the order

That is, it was the client's contact that was not replaced.
Most likely, through the "Fill in the contact card" interface block, they changed the name of the contact and at that moment the first phone number of the contact 3809******72 was set as the main number instead of came from prom 3809******20
