Order statuses are not updated in Prom.Ua

Good day!
Actions in the process do not work:
PromUA / Send order status.....(Accepted Fulfilled, Canceled and others).
When moving to a stage with these actions, orders on the marketplace do not change their status from New.
The integration works - orders are created in the box, the token was updated a few weeks ago.
In addition, there is another question: are there actions to transfer the EN number of Nova Poshta to Prom.Ua?
Because it found the effect only on the contrary — import from Prom.Ua into the box. How does the action: PromUA / Save the delivery declaration number of the current process?

This is exactly the action you need to upload the invoice to prom.
If you have everything configured as standard, then you need to select the site and match the order number to the external ID

Are all statuses not updated or only individual ones?
Can you provide an example of how the stage actions are configured, or a system access and status example?
If all other actions work correctly, then the problem is most likely in the action settings in the stage.
You can also set up a click procedure to set only the status change on the order and try to switch the status of one particular order manually.
