Error in the Create ORDER action in the OneBox system. Info: This phone number is already registered #3390.

Good afternoon, the link to the site for receiving applications and Vanboxa gives an error. I can't make a repeat order for the client. What is this complexity? Why does a customer who makes a repeat order a month later not get into CRM? the wrong number is the client's ID in the system. but it is impossible not to use it when setting up a connection

there is nothing like that in actions, most likely it is a ban on creating duplicates by phone in contacts, but we don't need duplicates, since you won't check the database.

there is nothing like that in actions, most likely it is a ban on creating duplicates by phone in contacts, but we don't need duplicates, since you won't check the database.

The problem is that API X Drive uses the /api/orders/add/ method to create orders in the box, and there are no settings for duplicating contacts.
You simply enter the client's contact data in the required fields, and the SRM already searches for such a user in the SRM, if it finds it, it is placed in the order, if there is none, then the SRM creates it.

An error can occur if the phone numbers are different and the e-mail is the same, because the contact search is based on the phone number.
For example:
the client leaves the application, enters the phone number and email, the application was created, the contact too, everything is fine
Then the second client leaves a request and enters the second phone number but the same email.
The system does not find a contact by phone number and tries to create a new one. But since the setting is set to prohibit email duplicates, an error is issued that such an email already exists.
It can also happen that during the test you simply enter the same email all the time, but the phone numbers are different, that's the error.
Or the client doesn't fill in the email field at all, and you try to send a standard one - that's the error.
Please check.
Also, as an option, you can check if the problem cannot be solved.
