Telegram messages not coming

I set up telegram integration yesterday. Checked the "Use webhook to receive messages" checkbox.

In "Automatic actions once a minute" set the action "turn a telegram message into a chat".

More than 12 hours have passed since the setup (initially I thought that I had to wait for it to work).
Already many times I pressed the "save" button in the integration settings.
Messages from the telegram bot never come to the chat.
What could be the problem?

Good afternoon! For Telegram integration to work, you must also enable the checkbox "Allow adding a user without contact details" in the system settings https://smartgroup.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/settings/table-and-orders/.
