We developed a BP for communication with the client via Viber through the functionality of buttons with actions at stages, including switching stages. Customers often want to include one business process logic for multiple messengers at the same time.

The Telegram bot builder partially covers these needs, but there are other challenges, such as managing chatbot status from a process or automatic data validation. It is not clear what is the complexity of solving your task through the BOT constructor, can you describe it in more detail?
