NA zebra backset setting in send email action not working
Here is an example process

At 13:01 an email was sent
At this stage, there is an action that this sends
https://tradework.com.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/439/action/new/
There is a check mark here, but it sends just ttn (the text that is indicated in the letter)
but the file is not attached
Why is that ? Before this, it worked fine for half a year.

Good afternoon. The file could not be attached if, at the time the action was triggered, the new mail did not give us a zebra. Try going to this procedure/action again to see how the email will be sent.
