Hello. We can rewrite the new mail module in such a way that it can simultaneously search for city names in Russian and Ukrainian languages when parsing the process address. It will take about 10 hours of revision. The option without modifications is to select the Ukrainian language in the NP language settings for the integration by default and always be in it, but then the situation is reversed for cities filled in Russian.

This topic has already been brought up many times.
The essence of the problem is that Nova Poshta has a directory and this directory has a field (unique number)
This field just serves to not parse the name in different languages, but to pull it up in the language in which you need
But for some reason, OneBox initially went the other way (perhaps it happened historically) and in most integrations, the branch is searched not by the unique branch code, but by the name and as a result "maєmo those scho maєmo".
Although I may be wrong in my opinion, this is my subjective opinion based on the responses received from boxing staff.
I would like the result of this task to be that in 100% of the transfer of addresses through integration, it pulled up what was needed, no matter what language the branch / address was transferred in

If it was transmitted by all marketplaces with which there is integration, then you would have exactly 0 problems. if you can agree on this with the promo, it will take only 1 hour for boxing to determine the division by ref, regardless of the language.
