Problem with the Delete TTN New Mail action

If the TTN was created before today, then it is impossible to delete it through the API.

The option Allow to switch the stage in case of a TPH deletion error in the action is enabled.

When you enter a stage with this action, the process hangs. If you remove the TTN from the Delivery invoice field, the problem does not go away.

In the logs it says: Failed to find Ref invoice by TTN number

Why does not go to the stage?
