Forced scanning of New Mail statuses

Guys, there are frequent problems with updating the statuses of Nova Poshta and using them to move to another stage.
For example, there is an action on the stage "Move the business process to this stage if the new mail stage has changed": the box tracks this action and tries to move the process to the next stage, but suddenly, something prevents it from moving it, in such cases , Box no longer refers to this action (that is, box refers only once to it), but it is necessary that after some time, Box again tries to track the processes at this stage.
Is it possible to somehow correct this situation, for example, add the option "Run every 5 minutes" or "Run once every 1 minutes" to this action?
And you can do it for the following actions:
- Move the business process to this stage if the new mail stage has changed;
- Transfer the business process to this stage if the stage of sending back new mail has changed;
- Transfer the business process to this stage if th

Good afternoon. If you set up the process in such a way that the box cannot move the process to a stage, magically it will not be able to do it after 5 minutes, because usually the jambs in the stages are not fixed in such a time (they are generally not fixed for months). In such situations, boxing writes a comment to the process "The TTN stage has moved to such and such a status"

Good afternoon!
I'm not asking by magic, although it would be great)))
Here the situation is different: at the next stage, the action responsible for the external application might not work. For example: I use PPO from Chekbox, and after receiving a parcel at Nova Poshta - Box, according to the action "Move the business process to this stage if the stage of new mail has changed" should transfer to the next stage "Parcel received. DP sent", where it is still one action "Creating a sales receipt, fiscalizing it and delivering it to the client by email". But since Chekbox lay down before the New City and still does not work stably, all orders are frozen at the previous stage and will no longer be transferred automatically. We have to look for such orders and translate them manually, but it all takes time + customers are not informed in time.

We cannot check once every X minutes for one simple reason: the order could already switch to the desired status and move on, for example, to another status. And if we check the old status again, we will switch the order back. The same situation will happen if you add some new action, etc., that is why the check occurs only once - at the time of adding a comment about the status change to the order. As a solution, I only see choosing the stage to which to switch the order if it was not possible to switch to the selected status. At the second stage, you can put the action of adding a comment so that you can switch to the desired one yourself (handles), see the error, and so on.

And if we do it this way, we add 2 functions:
1) Run every 5 minutes
2) The choice of stages in which to conduct a search
Look at the picture.

Yes, that's possible. If everything is set up correctly, you will not get duplicate transitions. Finish this ~ 6h. Only not once every 5 minutes, but once an hour, some projects have 30 mailboxes and 30k open TTNs, they clearly do not need to submit new mail API requests. Once an hour will be enough to double-check

Thanks for the help. I'm not ready to spend so much on such a refinement.
