When trying to create a TTN NP, the contact person field is not saved

In theory, the manager changed the bi-contact data (from default to the real value) and during the transition to the next stage, TTNka was created.
However, the pardon was blamed - the recipient was not found (Screenshot). Imovirno through those that the NP does not accept the Latin alphabet. We change the contact details of the client - the pardon is terminated.
Less than that, we hover over the client's name with the cursor and use the same default (On the screenshot).
To create a TTN, you have to create a contact person manually.

in fact, NP does not allow TTN to be created without watering Name Prіzvische and telephone, then the stench can be tied up by a bandage.
1) I recommend that when buying in 1 click, you can show and tell
2) in the closed view, the client field is not directly linked to the client card, so open the card, change the data there, then delete the client to the process and add it again (otherwise, change the client from the add-on field to the procedure)
