In order for the TTN to be created without the specified error, in this case, you need to uncheck the "Use volumetric weight instead of dimensions when creating a TTN (only the api request changes)" and specify the weight of the shipment

You just need to use this setting when sending to the department.
Can I make it to use this setting and still send it to the post office?
