У нас есть компонент где отображается вся история общениями с клиентами! Посмотреть компонент

If you have Zadarma telephony, then you need to set the automatic action once a minute "Create events based on zadarma telephony calls", which will pull calls from Zadarma api.

You need to go here your box / admin / shop / integrations / zadarma / control / and insert the access "Key" and "Secret code", they can be taken for free. Then go to yourbox/admin/auto/action/minute/edit/ and drag the action "Create events based on zadarma telephony calls"
