Audio files of conversations

1. Are the audio files of conversations from Binotel being recorded in CRM now?
2. If so, can they be removed?

Answers:


1. If the setting "Do not upload conversation recordings to Onebox" in the integration is turned off, then they should be loaded if there are callbacks from Binotel
2. You can enable the above setting. Physical removal of audio recordings by our forces (by writing a script) - 2 hours of revision.
