3. Here's what to do:
- we have issued a document;
- sent him immediately to VCHASNO;
- he automatically signed our EDS;
- from VCHASNO the document goes to the client without our participation,
whose email we have registered in his card
- when the client signed the document, OneBox takes this information,
and the task switches to the stage that we specified in the action.

2. If you are talking about whether the user needs to pay HOURLY for his account, then yes - of course.
3. As far as I can see, in the api https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yjDAensRbsY9-nujkKBPERyDG_LIAnrVzwE4Gfq0fzY/... there is no way to sign documents with an electronic signature, so the algorithm that you described cannot be done.
