Payment not being processed correctly

Here https://crm.phdcare.com.ua/38821/# at the stage https://crm.phdcare.com.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/150/action/new/ there is an action "Make a payment" and there is a daw (Fig. 1) "Make a payment at the rate of the process"
after clicking "Make a payment" we get the payment (Fig. 2) with a rate of 39, not 30 as indicated in the process.
Please correct.
