OS - Question - Accounts

The menu with invoices is always displayed. But it is not necessary to work with transactions. Is it possible to make it collapse or turn off when a button is pressed? Thank you.

What is the rationale for such an assertion?

Your logic is based only on your need and this does not mean that it is the only correct solution.
An assessment was provided for the improvement of the functionality, which, in my opinion, is not something overly necessary and does not bring a clear improvement in the system's performance.
If the system architects consider otherwise, they will take this improvement into work.
If you want it to be implemented no matter what - you were given an estimate - you can either pay for the revision, or implement it at the expense of any hours of investment / improvements / improvements, if you have any.

You are mistaken, my logic is based on the boxing standard itself regarding lists of anything. Everywhere, lists are enumerations of entities that can be filtered or edited in bulk, as expected in the list of transactions. But what the logic of the one who invented this field on the right is based on is not clear, because. this is out of the general style of the whole boxing. In fact, this block with accounts is also a separate list. Will there ever be a common style for everything in boxing so that you don't have to get used to individual redone elements? They promised the same style...
- interface logic is clear and logical
- and this is a list of payments... everything is the same, but.... where is the logic?

I will support Mikhail, this sign is completely out of place here. Interferes. And the access rights to it would be customizable.
