No mail is sent

Hello!
I cannot send a letter from BP.
The integration is configured correctly. Thunderbird is configured in the same way. Everything works there.
https://onebox.constantagro.com.ua/admin/shop/integrations/imap-1/control/
Ticked and unchecked SMTP TLS. There was no result.
This email is displayed in the "Sent E-mail History" report.

Good afternoon.
You have the integration configured incorrectly, I assume that you have incorrectly specified the SMTP port.

Just like in any other mail client...
I tried setting and removing the TLS check mark.

In the "Reports" - "Logging" section, report smtp-2022-05-12.log or smtp-2022-05-13.log
You can see that the problem is not the presence or absence of encryption, but the lack of connection to the SMTP server:
[login] => o.lysenko@constantagro.com.ua
[status] => error
[message] => Connect SMTP is Failed
Therefore, I suggested that you look in the settings of the mail service, or find out from the person who configured it for you,
what port is used for SMTP server operation.
(you are using Exim 4.95)

My screenshots show that I'm using port 465. The same as recommended by the mail service provider.

Good afternoon.
You asked the question "Why is the mail not being sent?" You were given the answer that this port is physically unavailable from the box server on your mail service.
You can listen to the advice and figure out why this port is not available from the box server or configure another SMTP port.
Or keep looking at the screenshot...
Nothing has changed today, port 465 is unavailable on your mail server.

Hello!
It was not possible to set up mail.
My boxing is placed on Hezner.
Mail https://www.ukrnames.com/
The mail provider says it doesn't have any blocks on my IP.
In CentOS, I, for example, opened port 465 (see screenshot).
But it still fails to connect to the server. From my laptop without problems. Tried via telnet.

Please advise more experienced, what I am doing wrong? Maybe there are some nuances with this hosting?

Before moving Box to Hezner, there were no problems.

The question is closed.
I wrote down port 587. I ticked TLS.
It worked...

Good afternoon.
The advice to change the port turned out to be useful.

Tasun Sergey Vladimirovich
configure the second SMTP port.

Hello!
So. Useful.
Thank you.
But I don't quite understand the logic. The provider specifies port 587 for unencrypted connections. Mail only worked for me after I ticked the SMTP TLS checkbox
