Contact search

the question is to optimize the search for contacts:
- if you search for a contact person and enter the name of the company when creating the process, the system does not offer the entire list of employees of this company
- when entering the name of an employee, the results are not always relevant to the request, you have to enter almost the full name to see the right person

Perhaps this is somehow related to the limit of issuing options for the drop-down list - there are no more employees to issue?
Provide concrete examples

This is the problem with fulltext search - after all, it is impossible to provide an ideal search for various options for filling in data and search queries in order to give out a directly ideally suitable option.
If you have an example of output that is not at all relevant to the query - I would like to get a specific example

you drive in "Oil factory" the drop-down list does not offer all the people, the one you need is not in this list
more employees than drop down list

why does the search not work when entering the first letters of an employee? if you enter the client's last name, the search is carried out not by the letters entered, but by its own logic
If I need Proskurin's client, I have to enter an almost full name, but the first characters do not offer the desired result

and generally have nothing to do with the request

gives out contacts that have the occurrence of the word "oil plant" in the company - everything seems to be logical

because you have configured not an employee selector from the system, but a contact search field from the contact database - it has its own search logic by entry

What is a selector and how to set it up?

The "Client" field is configured for output either in the universal block of the process interface, or in the form for adding a process (see business process settings)

I don't see the option to add this setting in the process start form

Everything is logical, but not all employees of the company
The drop down list consists of a limited number of employees, not all of them are represented

there is a "Client" field there, look in the settings of the form for launching the desired business process

Here are the settings for the "contact" field, BP "meeting", there is no selector in this setting

Well, that's right - the output of the "Client" block (under the name Employee) is configured - it gives out all the clients from the contact database.
Employees are given only in the selector "Responsible"

The more precise you are, the more accurate the result will be.
after all, permutations of words, partial matches, etc. are used in the search.

The initial request, answer how to optimize the drop-down list (displaying all employees of the client's company) and the problem of finding contacts is not solved

we do not consider this a problem, the answers to the questions are given above
