Set up BOX to show that the action did not work and the PSU is stuck at some of the stages.

How to see that the action did not work, that the BP is stuck at some of the stages?
Can BOX report this?
If so, what are the implementation options for built-in functionality?
Example:
1. BP hung when the action "Move business process to this stage if the status of Justin's package has changed" did not work
2. The PSU hung when the action "Switch to stage XXX in YYY days" did not work (the settings in the action after updating BOX were lost)
3. And other similar examples when after the update the "tick" flew off
What built-in BOX functionality can be used to see this problem in a situation where the action did not work and the PSU is stuck at some of the stages.

Answers:

You can try to solve the issue with some of the actions for checking the stage due date, for example, which will add a notification to the process (if it is at the stage for more than N days).

In this appeal, the client does not indicate a specific problem of the action, with an example, etc. - he asks a question citing a similar situation as an example. If he indicates this, his problem will be fixed as far as possible.
If you want to advise him something - you can do it, the forum is public.
If you take separate phrases out of context as a tool for solving your needs, arguing this only by the presence of some word / phrase in the description - do not be surprised that you may not get a solution.

If there is an open process on the forum, where it is indicated that there is a specific problem at the moment with the above action - you write your comment there - and upon decision - it will be updated in your system.
If there is no such topic - create - get a specific solution.
According to your logic, it is quite normal (but not structured) to write all your problems here, because in general terms - they are interconnected. But this logic is based only on your needs - and you want to use the emphasis on solving the needs of the client who applied with this appeal (spent his opportunity on this) for your own purposes.

Added the action "Set stage time" at all stages where the PSU freezes.

There is no such functionality.
You can only go to the designer of a specific business process and look by clicking on the statuses what actions are there (or inside the statuses)

We do not store this information - it has no value.
In most cases, auto-update occurs at night on weekdays.
