The action in the procedure stopped working: Add contacts to the Contacts tab of the process

On the volunteer platform, there is a GENERATE VOUCHER procedure in the process:
samboroborona.1b.app/app/workflow/11/procedure/114/
It has an action to add contacts of the required group, screen 1295
Everything was OK and it worked properly, now it broke.
Please help.

there are three procedures in progress, there are 1296 buttons on the chest
that's how I say that each of the procedures should work for any actions in the process, when we click on the button
the setting in each of them, screen 1297, is responsible for this
and it was working, but for some reason it stopped working the way it was
that is, the action that added new contacts that are in the group to the process does not work:
06 To issue a coupon, screen 1298
accordingly, the second action in the procedure does not work, because there are no contacts in the process
and the third action works, but creates an empty document
By the way, everything was working perfectly, and then it stopped.

very interesting
but it helped
??? a lot of questions
- there is no connection between the Client of the process and the Contacts of the process,
- the more so there is no connection with the action, which seems to work without dependence on such a condition.
Is there a way to fix this so other users don't get the same random error and waste time trying to find the cause?
