Automatic BC change

There is a parent BC of type 1, we create another BC of type 2 from it, carry out work and close it, after some time in a BC of type 1 a person starts a procedure by clicking and for some reason a BC of type 2, which has long been closed, takes and changes its type from 2nd to 1st and a copy of the process of type 1 is created.
Why this is necessary is not clear, it introduces confusion into our work.
