Checking a field for uniqueness - does not work correctly

The CP ID field is a text field with a set of numbers and letters.
The uniqueness of this field is currently disabled because these errors interfere with the workflow.

Now there is an error regarding another process, not the current one.
I checked the requests - there is a choice of processes without taking into account the current one, so there should not be such an error.
Specify your actions so that now you can repeat exactly the same error as in the screenshot (what value are you writing down, etc.)?
