Good afternoon! Faced this problem:
We need to fill in an additional field for the process with the Multilist of contacts type from the lookup field with the Multilist of contacts type.
We tried to use the action "Fill in an additional field based on additional fields and data of the directory" and "Fill in an additional field of a process or client based on the directory" - the result is the same, contacts are filled incorrectly , in the directory these are two different contacts .
Can this be fixed? Or how much will it cost to modify the correct filling for this case?

As a result, an incomprehensible contact is still filled, and not two contacts according to the directory.
