Is it possible for the employee to receive a message only in the case of a comment sent for him (via @) in BP?

We can finalize the settings in the system according to a similar logic - it will take 4 hours.
For example, the logic can be as follows - when adding a comment to the process, if the responsible process is specified, create a message to the message center only to the responsible stage and the author of the process, otherwise - to all observers of the process. And if an employee is mentioned in the comment, a message will also be created for him to the message center.
If interested, we can issue an invoice for finalization, or also listen to your corrections in the specified logic.
