Add. I checked the field, it hasn't changed, and there is "Contact Directory".

Do not put the same field in different places of the same process. Box considers this a take and may overwrite or ban the recording.

In this case, everything is ok. Everything works on other processes.
This field does not work iminally on the main tab of the process.

No
There are no duplicates, that's for sure.
Although when I put a duplicate of this field in the additional tab, everything is ok and I can change the field.
