Good afternoon! There is a filter in the product with 10 options. Each filter option (each option) has a free additional cost. An additional field was added to the additional fields of the process products and tied to this filter. How can I customize this field so that multiple options can be selected at once?

no way, the filter can have only one value, so there is no point in choosing a field with the multilist type.
If you have, for example, the Color filter has several values, then this is done in the product in several lines
Filter Color -> Red value
Filter Color -> value Blue
Filter Color -> value White
