When the power was turned off on the server, the site crashed and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. it did not work, this is the answer they gave us from the queue: There was a problem with the power supply, everything turned off.
At startup, the VPS tries to load the latest installed system kernel.
It hangs, it is a bug of this version of the kernel, it does not work on virtual machines.
Now vps is started manually, if you say reboot - it will load again
buggy kernel, and again we will have to select the previous kernel by hand.
So the buggy kernel should just be uninstalled.
We can do it if you give the login and password on ssh.
